triglab provides 1-to-1 Online Tuition and educational support in Maths & Science. These terms apply to your use of the triglab website and to free trial sessions booked through it.

Using this website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to damage, disrupt, misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any systems connected to it.

Free trial bookings

You can request and book a free trial session through the website. Please make sure the information you provide when booking — including names, contact details and the subject or level you need help with — is accurate, so we can prepare for the session and contact you about it.

Tuition services

Arrangements for ongoing tuition, including scheduling and any applicable fees, are agreed and confirmed directly with you before tuition begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of tuition on particular terms.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements applicable to trial sessions or ongoing tuition will be communicated to you where relevant. If you need to change or cancel a session, please let us know as early as you can.

Students, parents and guardians are asked to provide accurate information, attend sessions as agreed, and let us know about any relevant learning requirements, exam boards or areas of difficulty so that sessions can be tailored appropriately.
